Build and Execution
The first meeting between the client and the contractor is very important. It is an opportunity contractor to make introductions about their company, expertise and capability to execute a project in most effective and economic approach. This is also the stage to discuss the projects requirement details and ideal solutions.
The concept and idea is one of the exciting part of the project. Based on the details provided by the client, the agreed concept, the design layout and other other major technical requirement will be created. Client will have an overview on the project result.
This phase is essentially for laying out the projects proposal details. This includes but not limited to the final design, execution timeline, the estimated project costs, the resources and tasks needed for project delivery. This process in also the formalization and the approval of the of the contractors proposal.
This stage of the project is the actual execution of the project. Different tasks are broken down into permits, scheduling, project submissions, and even change orders. Continues updates, monitoring and control are constantly monitored to make sure that problems encountered during the execution will be rectified and deadlines are met.
